How we store and protect your data
Contact form submissions are received via email and stored securely within our email system. We do not transfer your personal data to any third party marketing platforms or CRM systems.
We retain enquiry data for a period of two years, after which it is securely deleted unless an ongoing client relationship exists, in which case data is retained for the duration of that relationship and for seven years thereafter in accordance with standard UK business record-keeping requirements. Client records are also securely deleted at the end of this seven year period.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Sharing your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
